I understand that it is my responsibility to select a program appropriate to my physical abilities, mental preparedness, and interests and that I am responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake the program. I understand that I am responsible for studying all pre-departure information, for bringing all the clothing and equipment included on the program equipment list, for conforming to standards of personal hygiene to minimize the risk of illness to myself and fellow program members, and for acting in a manner considerate of fellow program members and also laws and cultures of Iran. I understand and agree that if in the opinion of IRALTO fail to fulfill these obligations, IRALTO may terminate my participation in the program without refund of fees. I understand and agree that during program, any decision made by IRALTO guides and leaders are obliged to accept without any discussion, and all negotiations about program details should be done before program starts. IRALTO is not responsible for any changes or program cancellation, or unsuccessful summit ascent caused by bad weather, closed roads, or any event out of IRALTO authority. I further understand and agree that IRALTO's cooperators in foreign country don't have any responsibility against IRALTO activities and they are only as a publicist. I understand that these conditions are set forth to protect the safety, health, integrity, and success of the program IRALTO responsibilities and services include : program arrangement, transportations, foods, guides, first aid, entrance fees, Hotel arrangements, search and rescue arrangements, and exclude : personal tools, hotel fees in Tehran, search and rescue fees, personal climbing tools, and optional changes in programs
